About Broke Boys FM

Broke Boys FM brings together Hugo Wäneland (aka Hugo) and Erik Hassle, two Stockholm-based artists and songwriters working across music and moving image.

Hugo’s practice combines electronic production, songwriting and live performance. Erik brings his background as a recording artist and songwriter, including co-writing Shakira’s “Can’t Remember to Forget You” featuring Rihanna.

Together, we develop music for directors, brands and artists, from the first creative conversation to a finished piece. We work as a duo or individually, depending on the project, with an emphasis on character, melody and the relationship between sound and image.

Alongside commissioned work, selected tracks from our catalogue are available for licensing enquiries, subject to rights and availability.
